Iyoob is a 20 year industry leader with contact center outsourcing experience in domestic and offshore inbound, outbound, and chat operations. He joins ILD from Etech Global Services, where he was formerly the Senior Vice President of Global Development. His comprehensive knowledge in click-to-chat sales and advanced business intelligence offers a strong and suitable fit with ILD across all areas of the organization.
