Jennifer Muñoz is the Executive Director at Social Strategy1 with responsibilities for Online Reputation Management, Social Media Monitoring, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Social CRM strategies and best practices, SEO and SEM and Research Development. Jennifer was in leadership positions in Customer Service, Finance and Business Operations at several companies including Tufts Health Plan, Granitar, Curl Corporation, Iona Technologies, WorldCom, Mutliplan (formerly known as Private Healthcare Systems).
Jennifer came to Social Strategy1 from ILD Corp., where she has been the Director of Operations for the Outsource Services Division with responsibilities for all aspects of account management, new customer implementation, sales support, customer service, credit & collections, vendor disputes and order provisioning. Prior to joining ILD Corp. Jennifer was the Division Director of OfficeTeam a division of Robert Half International providing solutions for temporary and/or permanent staffing needs. Jennifer was responsible for all aspects of business development, account management, candidate recruitment and development, temporary and/or permanent placement activities, new customer implementation, sales and customer service.
Jennifer Participates in the Kiwanis International Club of Fort Worth– Serving the Children of the World®, Social Media Club of Dallas and the Social Media Club of Fort Worth.
